Vaults in Gunfire Reborn are randomly-generated mini-dungeons with some of the best loot in the game. These dungeons, however, are often found in hard-to-find places and require some prerequisites. Gunfire Reborn Vaults
Vaults in the game should appear as purple portals scattered all around the in-game world. Once accessed, you will find a completely randomly-generated dungeon which, when navigated, will lead you to a lot of goodies. As mentioned earlier, it is hard for two players to get exactly the same dungeon. You will return to the area from where you accessed the portal after opening the chest at the end of the dungeon.
Before you open a Vault, however, you will need a few things.
First of all, unlocking a Vault requires Soul Essence. It can be earned by defeating enemies and bosses. It also requires a skill called “Exploration” in the “Expedition” tree. Therefore, you will need to farm a few skill points in order to get to the skill needed to open the Vaults.
Aside from this, sometimes you will also need to damage the Vault you wish to enter a little. Therefore, if you are unable to enter any Vault, you can simply use your favorite weapon and damage the portal a little. It will eventually open up and let you in.
